Retrone Transport Services (RTS) offers a solution that ensures only authorised fleet vehicles can refuel at selected
sites.

All replacement parts will be charged at the prevailing rates.

All maintenance relating to vandalism, abuse, theft, electrical spikes, lighting and
inappropriate operator use, is fully chargeable at the prevailing rates. The RTS commercial
price list will apply to all parts and components required but not nominated in the price list.

Out of contract travel rate is charged per kilometer and a labour rate shall apply.

Retrone Transport Services (RTS) will not be involved in the processing of fuel transactions at retail service stations and assumption of settlement and funding risk. In order to process fuel transactions, settle merchants and assume funding risk client will consult authorised fleet banking provider.

A warranty of one year is supplied on all equipment in terms of which the part will be repaired or replaced if found to have a factory defect. The warranty excludes incidents of theft, vandalism, power spikes, lighting, misuse, abuse of the equipment and if the equipment was repaired by third parties not accredited by RTS

Spares as and when needed for out of warranty maintenance and repairs shall be quoted for
based on the spares price list attached or RTS ruling price list as at the time such spares are
needed.
