Refund Policy

Retrone Transport Services (RTS) has provided these pricing notes to qualify and give detail to the pricing as contained in the T&Cs. Thus, these notes and the T&Cs shall at all times be read together and be in inextricably intertwined. All pricing contained in the T&Cs in addition to pricing contained in these notes are applicable to the delivery of products/services for fleet and fuel management.

A Rand/ Dollar exchange rate has been used to determine the pricing. Any significant change of the exchange rate will enable RTS to make a pro-rata change to the purchase price / rental of units and the monthly maintenance fee, as the case may be, in so far as such maintenance fee relates to the supply of spare parts/imported products.

Pricing is subject to final site/fleet surveys.

Excludes travel costs to and from each site which will be charged per kilometer; Excludes overnight accomodation cost per night, which will be charged if incurred; Excludes overnight S&T cost or per night which will be charged if incurred.

A Service Level Agreement shall be drafted upon acceptance of any long term services.

If either party wishes to terminate the agreement, written notice is required within 90 days of proposed cancellation date (written notice should stipulate reason for cancellation)
